The genesis of Metaasa LLC's first product offering came from a personal experience during my tenure as an Instacart shopper. The challenge of shopping for multiple customers simultaneously was often daunting, given the need to keep each customer's items separate and organized within a single shopping cart. Alternatives such as using additional baskets, the child seating area, or even two carts were cumbersome and inefficient. This sparked the idea for a product that could effortlessly divide a shopping cart into multiple sections, similar to a child's seating placard but for the purpose of organizing items. The result was a design that not only lays flat when not in use but also easily unfolds into 2, 3, or 4 compartments as needed, catering to those who value order in their shopping process and ensuring carts can be neatly lined up without interference. This innovation marks our first venture into the market, fueled by the hope to make shopping—and by extension, daily tasks—a smoother experience for everyone.
